Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We 100% stand-by our accessories, and we want to ensure that each and every piece you receive from us is of the best quality. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations from piece to piece.
However, if you find something that is not to your liking, we have a 14 day return and exchange period from the date you received your order.
Please send an email to email@example.com to begin the returns process. Items must be unused and in the condition they arrived to be returned or exchanged.
Please include your packing slip and circle the items you would like to return. Full credit will be given as soon as package arrives at our warehouse. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by sender. We can also provide a shipping label for $5 that will be deducted from your approved refund.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days to process. If you do not receive a credit memo or see the return charge on your credit card, please call us at (800) 828-BOWS and our customer service team will look into this for you.
Unfortunately, our system does not currently process exchanges, but you can return the items using the steps above and then order the items you would like once your refund is complete.
Our Bow Guarantee
Bows Arts bows are heirloom quality and are handcrafted with the utmost care. We have many customers who have passed on their bows from mother to daughter. We want to ensure that your bow stands the test of time. If your bow becomes damaged over the years, we will do our very best to fix or replace your bow. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and additional details about your bow that needs fixing to start the process.
Final Sale & Sample Sale
Any items that are part of a Sample Sale or items that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Charity grab bag boxes are also considered final sale.
