Application Criteria


We look at a variety of factors when determining if a store is the right fit to carry Bows Arts. We research the applying store to see their target customer, any complimentary lines that are carried, overall brand and social media presence, and various additional criteria. We consider each of our retailers a partner and a friend, so we want to ensure we have the right stores carrying our line.

Ordering 

Wholesale customers can order through multiple outlets. Please email info@bowsarts.com to request a catalog.

2. Order online through our Faire Direct link
3. Use your catalog and call us directly at 800-828-2697 or email us your quantity and style numbers to orders@bowsarts.com to place an order

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that our standard processing time for immediate order is 2 weeks. If you would like a future ship date, please indicate so in the notes section of the order. All wholesale orders ship via FedEx with tracking information. Once shipped, domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days. 

Back Order & Out of Stock

If any part of your order is back ordered or out of stock, we will partially ship your order and notify you once the out of stock item is back in our inventory. If an item is discontinued, we will refund you for the purchase price. If you would rather have us call you before your partial order is shipped, please let us know at info@bowsarts.com

Discount Codes

Please note that discount codes advertised on our website are only available to retail customers. At the moment, we cannot apply additional discount codes for our wholesale customers through our wholesale portal. 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We 100% stand-by our accessories, and we want to ensure that each and every piece you receive from us is the best quality possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color from piece to piece.

We have a 7 day return and exchange period. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process at info@bowsarts.com. Items must be unused and in resalable condition to be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund if items are returned for all reasons except quality or defects.

Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days to process. If you do not receive a credit memo or see the return charge on your credit card, please call us at (800) 828-BOWS and our customer service team will look into this for you.
