Application Criteria

We look at a variety of factors when determining if a store is the right fit to carry Bows Arts. We research the applying store to see their target customer, any complimentary lines that are carried, overall brand and social media presence, and various additional criteria. We consider each of our retailers a partner and a friend, so we want to ensure we have the right stores carrying our line.

Ordering

The order minimum for wholesale is $100.00. If ordering by color/style, there is a 3 piece minimum. The cart page will let you know if any of these minimums have not been met. Please note that the 3 piece minimum does not apply when ordering styles by the strip.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send a final shipping confirmation once your order is complete.

Shipping & Delivery

In the notes section of your order, please specify your ship date. If no ship date is indicated, your order will be shipped immediate (2 weeks). All wholesale orders ship via FedEx with tracking information. Once shipped, domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days. 

Back Order & Out of Stock

If any part of your order is back ordered or out of stock, we will partially ship your order and notify you once the out of stock item is back in our inventory. If an item is discontinued, we will refund you for the purchase price. If you would rather have us call you before your partial order is shipped, please let us know at info@bowsarts.com

Discount Codes

Please note that discount codes advertised on our website are only available to retail customers. At the moment, we cannot apply additional discount codes for our wholesale customers through our wholesale portal. 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We 100% stand-by our accessories, and we want to ensure that each and every piece you receive from us is the best quality possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color from piece to piece.

However, if there is a quality issue with your order, we do have a 14 day return and exchange period. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the process at info@bowsarts.com. Items must be unused and in the condition they arrived to be returned or exchanged.

Full credit will be given as soon as package arrives at our warehouse. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the sender.

Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days to process. If you do not receive a credit memo or see the return charge on your credit card, please call us at (800) 828-BOWS and our customer service team will look into this for you.
